Terms of Service
Welcome to Jeerah. These Terms describe the deal between you and us when you use the Jeerah app or website. By creating an account or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.
Who can use Jeerah
- You must be a woman, 18 years or older.
- You must verify your identity with a government-issued ID.
- You can have one account. No duplicates, no impersonation.
Community rules
Jeerah only works if it stays safe and respectful. By using the app you commit to:
- Treat every member with respect — no harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks.
- Be honest about who you are. No catfishing, fake photos, or misleading profiles.
- Don't use Jeerah to sell, scam, recruit for MLMs, or spam other users.
- Don't share other members' personal information outside the app without their explicit consent.
- Keep illegal content off the platform.
Outings & bookings
When you host an outing, you're responsible for the event you describe — accurate details, safe meeting points, and following through with attendees. When you book a paid outing, you agree to the price and terms the host set.
Refunds for paid outings are handled by the host according to the policy shown at booking time. Jeerah may step in to resolve disputes but isn't a party to the booking itself.
Your content
You own what you post. By posting it on Jeerah you give us a limited licence to display it inside the app and to other members — strictly for running the service. That's it.
We can remove content that breaks these Terms or our community rules, and we can suspend or ban accounts that repeatedly do so.
Account suspension & deletion
We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these Terms, after notice when possible. You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Delete Account.
Service availability
Jeerah is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running, but we don't promise zero downtime, and we may change features as the product evolves. For breaking changes that affect you, we'll give advance notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Jeerah is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which, for most members, is zero).
Changes to these Terms
If we change these Terms in a material way, we'll let you know in-app or by email before the change takes effect. Continued use of Jeerah after that means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Jeerah is registered. Any disputes will be handled in that jurisdiction's courts, unless local consumer-protection law gives you the right to sue at home.
